Our pack has adopted TroopTrack to manage online registrations, payments, and Scout Accounts as of Fall 2025.
Not if you don't want to! The most important information will continue to be available here on Pack84.org and via our GroupMe chats. You can also continue to sign up for events and make payments in person by cash or check in-person at meetings.
But if you want the convenience of paying via credit card or looking up your Scout Account balance online, you'll need to use TroopTrack.
For your privacy, many features of TroopTrack require you to log in. You'll be asked to log in automatically whenever necessary.
If you are not sure how to log in, try these steps:
If you know your TroopTrack username, click this link to reset your password.
If you don't know your TroopTrack username, try any of the following:
Click this link to send your username to your email.
Email help@pack84.org with your name, address, and your Scout(s)' name(s) to request access.
Ask a unit leader at a Den meeting to reset your username and/or password.
Each household in the pack has a Scout Account that holds funds which can be used towards pack activities.
All Scouts and adults in a household share the same Scout Account, but only one adult can access their household Scout Account.
Contact a unit leader or email help@pack84.org to change which parent has access to the Scout Account.
From your TroopTrack dashboard, your household's Scout Account can be viewed in the "Profile Info" panel (see screenshot below).
Clicking "Details" will show your account history
Clicking "Deposit Funds" will allow you to deposit funds into your Scout Account using a credit card.
Our payment processor charges a small fee for this service, so (for example) to deposit $20 into your account, your card will be charged $20.91 in total.
You can always deposit money by cash or check at a Den meeting without any fees being applied.
Money in a Scout Account belongs to the Pack, and can only be used to pay for pack activities. It cannot be withdrawn, and any funds remaining in a Scout Account when a household leaves the pack are moved into the pack's reserve fund.
Each Scout's Dues are charged to their household Scout Account on the dates shown on our Dues page. More info on paying dues online is on that page as well.
Visit our Outings page; every event can be registered for and paid for in person, or online via TroopTrack using the link here on Pack84.org.
