Coordinate the yearly program calendar. Execute Pack Meetings and support the Den Leaders.

Outdoor Activity Chair

Collect all camping registrations & money at meetings. Keep a receipt book. After the collection due date, create a roster and specify totals of money collection (cash, check, credit card, scout account)

Keep & order our meat stick supply. Track per scout amounts and add to the scout account spreadsheet.

Coordinate round up at the school and help prospective scouts at the meetings.

Advancement Chair

Collect the list of awards earned from scoutbook. Create a purchase list after checking our award inventory. Go to scout shop and purchase the awards. Get them ready to be handed out to the scouts. Traditionally in a small bag per scout.

Scout Account Chair

Create the scout account spreadsheet each year. Create the equations based on yearly budget meeting. Continue to track the monies used from scout accounts throughout the year.

Den Leaders

Conduct the Den Meetings each week. Follow the program and offer all of the required adventures. Read and prepare for each Den meeting. There are many supplies in the closet and there are Pack funds to pay for additional supplies.
